How it’s working?

1. Request a computer repair. Write what equipment you have (model and brand), what is happening. Within 24 hours on working days, you will receive a confirmation from us whether we can repair your computer.

2. Send us the faulty / damaged computer by courier. Secure the device properly during transport. 
Also, we offer free collection and delivery between 20 miles radius from our office or repair at Customer site.

3. When we receive the device, we will analyze the scope of repair and prepare a quote for your approval.

4. Once you accept the quote, we will take care of the repair. If necessary, we will purchase and install new parts and we will take care of the remaining works. If you do not accept the costs, we will send the computer back to you by courier at your cost (you will only pay for the courier service, you will receive our expertise for free).

5. We will send you the repaired computer back immediately by courier (included in the repair price). You will receive a VAT invoice for each repair.
